A New York Based consulting firm wanted to host a potential new business partner in beautiful napa valley, CA for 2 days in aug 2022. I was able to assist with every detail of the event plan to deliver an unforgettable client experience with real business results.

I worked intimately with our event host and vendors for 12 weeks. I used email to gather attendee details and help fine tune travel plans. Guests stayed at the Four Seasons Resort in Calistoga, CA. Upon arrival they were greeted personally, given a custom itinerary and directed to a private outdoor patio for tapas & drinks while their bags were being delivered to their resort rooms. In the early evening attendees met in the lobby to board a luxury bus to Cade wine estate for a private, gourmet Napa dining and winery tasting experience like no other.
